Kindling of the Spirit

Here we see Gandalf bringing together the armies of the dwarves, wood-elves, and men at The Battle of Five Armies. The Dwarf pictured is Thorin and the Elf would be the king of with Wood-Elves. This scene looks to be elevated from the rest of the image and in the background you can see a valley with two more armies waiting to fight. Gandalf would be about to tell them about the orcs, goblins, carrion birds, and wargs coming 'round the mountain.

I considered one alternative scenario, that of a last meeting before the battle at the Moranon, but if you look closely, you will see the ear of the figure on the left is pointed, denoting an elf.
